Compassionate Referral Pathway

For Referrers

A clear and compassionate referral pathway for women who need support.

Who can refer

We welcome referrals from trusted sources who are supporting women in need:

Pastors and church staff

Licensed counselors and therapists

Social workers and case managers

Healthcare professionals

Community organization leaders

Trusted family members or mentors

When a referral may be appropriate

A referral may be a good fit when someone:

is seeking counseling support and cost is a barrier

is open to Gospel-centered counseling

can participate by appointment (in-person or telehealth)

What referrers can expect

Confidential intake

We protect the privacy of every woman referred to us

Clear communication

We keep referrers informed as appropriate and permitted

Compassionate care

Women receive Gospel-centered support at their own pace

Professional standards

Licensed clinical pastoral counseling with ethical guidelines

How to refer someone

A helpful approach: Walk alongside her through an established relationship with KingGen — pastors, counselors, and ministry partners are best positioned to introduce a new client to our team.

This keeps intake clear, confidential, and coordinated through trusted referral relationships rather than open web traffic.

Helpful information to gather before an introduction:

First name of the person being referred

Best way for her to be reached when the time comes

General reason for referral

Any immediate safety concerns

Confidentiality

We do not share session details without the client's permission, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious safety concern. Your referral is handled with discretion and care.
