How to refer someone
A helpful approach: Walk alongside her through an established relationship with KingGen — pastors, counselors, and ministry partners are best positioned to introduce a new client to our team.
This keeps intake clear, confidential, and coordinated through trusted referral relationships rather than open web traffic.
Helpful information to gather before an introduction:
First name of the person being referred
Best way for her to be reached when the time comes
General reason for referral
Any immediate safety concerns
Confidentiality
We do not share session details without the client's permission, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious safety concern. Your referral is handled with discretion and care.
